This mini workshop in an exploration of habits of interaction — your half of the dance. The goal is finding both better connection and more freedom.

We’ll use simple movements from Tai Chi, Aikido, Trust exercises, Wu Shu, Contact Improv, and Theater warm-ups, all with various partners. What we’re looking for is the patterns common to your interactions with your partners, your colleagues, your siblings, and your friends. To find, without blame, what you bring to the table.

These same interactive exercises offer us the opportunity to expand our options and discover new ways of relating.

Details: Couples are welcome, as we;; as individuals. Wear clothing comfortable to move in. Bring a journal if you have one, and a refillable container for water. No scents, please.
