Ecstatic Bellydance is a gentle introduction to American Tribal Fusion. We share sacred space, honor our bodies, their beauty and strength in the current moment. We embrace the goddess within and allow ourselves to shine! No prior experience necessary, all ages welcome. Come ready to explore, have fun and work as hard as you would like to—bellydance is most definitely a workout, which strengthens the core, opens the hips and expands the heart.
